Sessions will highlight key developments in the field – with a particular focus on access and equity issues affecting populations historically underrepresented in science.

The mission of Kids Included Together is to support recreational, child development, and youth development programs that include children with and without disabilities. The theme of this year's conference is "After the Bell Rings: Innovative Strategies for Including All Children in Out-of-School Time Programs."

This festival includes two weeks of free events in the Washington, D.C. area – such as scientists’ visits to local schools and science open house events – leading up to a two-day Science Expo on the National Mall October 23-24, 2010.

Play On 2010 is a hands-on, interactive conference designed for parents, teachers, coaches, youth workers, community advocates and everyone else who understands the value of play and wants better tools, techniques and strategies to make it part of their community.

This conference offers three days of interactive workshops, speakers and performances, networking opportunities and community building.
